a tip: always, without fail, ALWAYS cook pork to a safe temperature. Check twice, eat once. That's all I have to say. i should be a life coach with all these helpful suggestions. and isn't it fitting that a person who is half-Jewish should half-die from half-cooked pork PORK during the High Holy day busy season? ironic.
