and we did...a photo date with husband to say goodnight to my Lake, although she doesn't really sleep...winter brings some of her rowdiest months....but it's harder to get there with all the snow. so we enjoyed this:

it is sad, but i can still visit when the ice covers some of it, and a whole new version appears! L. By the way - your blog is awesome!
